Maras Moray Full Day

With this program we will visit 2 important touristic attractions situated in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the famous salt mines and Moray archeological center. We will start our experience in the city of Cusco at 8 in the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel and we will head to Moray; here, the Incas have created an experimental agricultural laboratory, in which they represented microclimate and adapted the plants to each altitude. Later, we will continue our journey visiting the village of Maras; we will be able to appreciate its picturesque church and finally we will reach Maras salt mines, which are a group of farms that were exploited since the Inca period; the salt mines were extensively used by the Incas, not only for consumption, but to dehydrate some foods and be able to keep them longer. Out trip will end in the afternoon, reaching Cusco around 2 o´clock in the afternoon.
