MACHU PICCHU + MOUNTAIN (FULL DAY)

With this program we will visit Machu Picchu and the famous mountain that bears its name.

It all starts in Cusco, we will pick you up very early at the hotel to travel to Ollantaytambo where we will board the train that will take us to Aguas Calientes. Upon reaching, you will receive assistance to get to the bus station, where we will take a bus that will take us to the top of the mountain where Machu Picchu citadel is situated; at the entry, we will meet our guide who will share with us all his knowledge about the citadel and its history. Finally we will start the ascent to the mountain of Machu Picchu. The walk will take around 4 hours, depending on the physical condition or experience walking. The walk includes easy access stretches, but requires a lot of effort, since, as Huayna Picchu, the whole road is upward. Upon arriving, at the top we can appreciate an incomparable view of Machu Picchu citadel and Huayna Picchu mountain. Finishing our visit, we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where we will have time to have lunch. In the afternoon we will board the train to return to Ollantaytambo where our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to Cusco.
